Items Needed
To assist in completing the necessary details it would be helpful to have the following items brought in at the time of arrangement:
1. A copy of the decedent's birth certificate. (If Available)
2. A copy of the decedent's military discharge papers which is many times refered to as the DD-214.
3. A recent photograph for cosmetic and hairstyling purposes.
4. Copies of any pre-arrangements which may be held with the funeral home or cemetery.
5. Clothing - a full complement of clothing is utilized including undergarments and outer clothing of your choice.
