Barbara Margaret Kirchhoff passed away in San Diego, CA on November 20, 2022.  She was born January 4, 1935 in New York to William and Susan Bowes.  Barbara was 87 years old.

After receiving an Associate's degree, Barbara worked as a secretary for an automotive company for more than 25 years.  She was very active, walking 6 miles a day.  Barbara was a great athlete in her youth and was an avid pickleball player in her older years.  She had the most beautiful smile that will be remembered by her family and friends.

Barbara is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Harry Kirchhoff of San Diego, CA; son and daughter-in-law Jeff & Rachel Behr of San Diego, CA; grandchildren Brooke, Kylee, Savanah & Aiden and great-grandchildren Navy & Banks.

A viewing will be held at Poway-Bernardo Mortuary from 4 to 8pm, Tuesday, November 29, 2022 with a funeral service at 6:30pm.
