Barbara Jean Robbins passed away peacefully at her home in Poway, CA on August 23, 2021.   She was born November 7, 1936 in Elmira, NY to Orson & Edith Clinton.  Barbara was 84 years old.

She worked as a registered nurse for 42 years, most recently at Pomerado Hospital in Poway.  She retired in 1999.  In her younger years, Barbara enjoyed singing, playing the piano and organ and attending the theatre.  She also was a member of different bowling leagues and belonged to a pinnacle and bridge club.

Barbara is survived by her loving children Ken (Cathy) Robbins of Poway, CA., Amy (Mark) Ventresco of Redondo Beach, CA., Doug Robbins of San Diego, CA and Jennifer Robbins of Poway, CA.; grandchildren Jenna & Lauren and her beloved dogs, Shadow, Lexi and Nutmeg.  Barbara was preceded in death by her husband Carl in 2005.

Private family services will be held.  She will be laid to rest at Dearborn Memorial Park.
