Beulah Mae Scott, affectionately known as "Vickie" by family and friends, was born to Will MacBeth and Beulah Harris on June 21, 1941 in Knoxville, Tennessee.  Vickie was the youngest of 13 children.  Vickie attended Charles M. Hall High School in Alcoa, Tennessee.  After graduating high school she married her high school sweetheart Michael Scott in 1960.

Vickie and Michael moved their family to San Diego, California in 1966 and later moved to Poway, California where they have lived for 45 years.

Vickie worked as a housekeeper for four years before she was hired an Union Bank where she worked as an Item Processor for 28 years.

Vickie was a wonderful wife, mother and friend and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.  She leaves behind to cherish her memory, devoted husband of 62 years, Michael; son Michael Scott of Poway, CA; daughters Rochelle Grinston of San Diego, CA., Nikita Stevens (Alex) of Miami, FL.; Tracy Stearns (Mark) of Las Vegas, NV., and Ingrid Scott of Poway, CA; 8 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren with a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.  Vickie was preceded in death by her father Will MacBeth, mother Beulah Harris and 12 siblings.

A committal service will be held at Miramar National Cemetery at 2:30pm, Wednesday, January 12, 2022.
