Caesar Bruno Angelo Contreras, "Bruno", passed away in Poway, CA on November 19, 2018.  Born September 14, 1979 in Oceanside, CA to Raul and Zuchel Contreras, he was 39 years old.

Bruno graduated from Vista High School where he played football and he continued his education and football career at San Jose State University.  Bruno shared his knowledge of football with kids as a coach for Carlsbad Pop Warner.  His charismatic personality and his immediate charm made him a natural leader and manager to thrive in a sales position first within the fitness industry and then within the Biotech industry.  Bruno was a great cook, loved good food and wine, and enjoyed traveling to enjoy new experiences. He also liked spending his time wine tasting, playing a round of golf and caring for his cats and dog.  More than anything, Bruno loved to spend time with his family sharing laughter and a game of horseshoes.

He is survived by his wife of 8 months, Amanda Skeen Contreras of Poway, CA; parents Raul & Zuchel Contreras of Vista, CA; sister Alisa Contreras and brother Edrik Contreras both of Vista, CA.

Viewing will be held at Poway-Bernardo Mortuary, on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 from 4 to 8pm.  A funeral mass will take place Wednesday, November 28 ^th at 10:30am at St. Michael Catholic Church with a reception immediately following in the parish hall.
