Charles Christopher Faulk was born on November 21, 1964 in Brooklyn New York to Doris Faulk and Charles Hutchinson. He was blessed to be the fifth child of ten. Being the middle child, it reflected in his personality how warm, supportive and a peace-keeper he was to all. Charles really valued education and never stopped learning. He received his Master's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources. He served in the United States Army as a Combat Engineer for eight years and 10 months where he received numerous decorations and medals for his service. After his time in the military he continued to serve his country through employment with the Department of Defense, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Department of the Navy for a combined service period of 30 years.
