Edith Jean Rumis passed on Tuesday evening at the age of 71. She passed with her children and husband at her side at Pomerado Hospital. Jean was the beloved wife to her husband Chip, mother to two children Wini and CJ, and grandmother to Kylie.  Jean was a dear friend to many others and strived to be a friend to all. Her smile and friendliness will be missed by all she has touched.

"The world will be a little duller without her bright smile and giving heart... In lieu of flowers, her family is asking that donations be made to Racers for Christ (www.teamrfc.org) and or the Moore's Head and Neck Cancer Center. Jean was passionate about helping others in need and served as a volunteer to many special organizations over the years.

Her family is hosting a public celebration of Jean's life. It will be held at their family home in Ramona California on July 8, 2021 at 11:00 am. Burial ceremony will be performed on July 9 at 9:00 am at the Dearborn Memorial Park in Poway, California.
