Frances Lessiline Williams passed away in San Diego, CA on February 19, 2025 at the age of 80 years. Lessiline was the tenth of twelve children born to Richard and Inez Phillips. She entered the world in Bermuda on May 3, 1944.

Lessiline earned a Bachelor's Degree and worked as an office manager for many years. She was a founding member of the Peñasquitos Lutheran Church and made many longtime friends there. She was most recently a resident at The Glen at Scripps Ranch.

Lessiline is survived by her son Jason Williams of San Diego, CA ; grandson Mason Williams of San Diego, CA; sister Jacquelyn Clarke of Hempstead, NY and brother Asquith Phillips of Bermuda. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Williams, Jr. in 2016.

Viewing will be held at Poway-Bernardo Mortuary from 4 to 7pm, Monday, March 3, 2025. A memorial service will be held at 10:00am, Monday, March 24, 2025 at Peñasquitos Lutheran Church with inurnment following at Miramar National Cemetery at 2pm.
