Frederick Wells Juvenile passed away in Escondido, CA on September 14, 2018, at the age of 82.

Fred was born, raised and graduated high school in Ohio.  After graduation he entered the United States Navy, where he served 20 years before retiring in 1975.  As a young man, Fred decided to make San Diego his home and he lived out his life in the area making many friends along the way.  Fred was a gifted artist and photographer.  He was skilled at woodworking and spent countless, enjoyable hours remodeling his home.  He was also known to cut a good rug at the Naval CPO Club from time to time.   Fred's charming ways and honest friendship will be deeply missed by his family and friends that he leaves behind.

He is survived by his sisters, Marie, Margaret and Christine; daughter, Karen;  grandchildren Cody and Amanda and great-grandson Reid.

A committal service with military honors will be held at 10:30am, Monday, October 1, 2018 at Miramar National Cemetery, 5795 Nobel Drive, San Diego, CA 92122.
