Jean Frank of San Diego, passed away this July, 2019. She was 90 years old and surrounded by the love of family.

Jean was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Lt. Daniel S. Frank and her identical twin sister Jo Vinson. She is survived by her children Laura Jo (Peter) MacNeil, Leslie E. (Valentina) Frank and Karl W. Frank, 7 grandchildren, and 3 great- grandchildren.

As a Navy wife she accompanied her husband and children to stations across the US as a strong, independent and attentive mother and wife. She kept a warm, well-stocked kitchen for her family, and met children's mischief with the expression, "Let's not and say we did." She had a refined manner and appreciation for beauty and was always available to chat with the people around her, especially with her children and grand children. Her family was most important in her life. We will all miss her.

Jean and Dan were very involved in their church, Crossline Baptist Church of El Cajon, CA where the Memorial service will be held at 1:30pm, July 30 th 2019.
