Joan Marie (Dietrich) Doyle was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother.  Joan passed on April 17, 2021 while surrounded by her loving family.

Joan was born to Peter and Anna Dietrich on June 26, 1936.  The last of four children, Joan started her life adventure in Teaneck, New Jersey.  Joan graduated from Berkeley Secretarial School in NYC and worked as a secretary in New York City.  In 1960 Joan moved to California in search of sunnier dreams and met her husband of 55 years Ronald Joseph Doyle.  Together they raised a family and had wonderful travels and adventures together.

Joan contributed much to the community in St. Gregory the Great Church, Prayers and Squares, Friends of the Library and as a long time member of her book club, she will be missed.

Joan is survived by her loving husband Ronald Joseph Doyle, son Kevin, daughter Kristin Park and spouse, grandchildren Adam and spouse, Sydney, Sean and great-grandchildren Emmalyn, Amelia and Chloe.

The Doyle Family will be honoring Joan with a Celebration of Life Ceremony at St. Gregory the Great Church in Scripps Rancho San Diego, on May 7, 2021.
