Joyce Lunt passed away in Poway, CA on Sunday, May 7, 2023. She was 86 years old. January 19, 1937, Joyce was born in Farsley, Yorkshire, England to Fred & Edna Kershaw.

She worked as a Registrar for more than 28 years, most recently at Alliant International University. Joyce enjoyed doing water aerobics and was a member of the aqua babes.

She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Dale Lunt of Poway, CA; son Ken Jaffe of Ambler, PA; daughters Christina Rumbaugh of Poway, CA and Janice & Marc Dunn of Ramona, CA; siblings Jean, Avery and Edward (deceased); five grandchildren, Ben Jaffe, Brandais Spawn, Taylor Rumbaugh, Lance Dunn & Jared Dunn and a great-granddaughter, Riley Spawn.

A committal service will be held at Miramar National Cemetery, 5795 Nobel Drive, San Diego, CA 92122 at 11:15am, Wednesday, May 24, 2023.
