Karen Livingston passed away peacefully on July 4, 2025, after a brief battle with cancer. She was born in San Francisco in 1949 and grew up in La Jolla, California, where she graduated from La Jolla High School.

She was the beloved wife of the late James Livingston, who served with the El Cajon Police Department. Karen is survived by her two sons, Brad and Brian, and her longtime partner, Wayne. She was a devoted mother, a caring partner, and a loving pet parent to her two dogs and cat.

She will be remembered for her warmth, resilience, and the deep love she gave to those around her. Karen's memory will live on in the hearts of her family and all who knew her.
