Morris (Moe) Magoski Sr., beloved father, grandpa, and friend to all passed away on November 24, 2022 surrounded by his family and his puppy Nala in Poway. Moe was 87 years old.

Moe was born in Holden, Alberta, Canada. His family moved to Toronto, Ontario, Canada where he met his soulmate and the love of his life Anne. Moe & Anne married in June 1957 and moved to San Diego, California to join his brother Pete & his wife Anne.

Moe was a Ford man his entire life. His love for cars and repairs lead him to an automotive teaching career of 40 years. He was very devoted to teaching others and sharing his knowledge about cars and life skills. As a teacher, he always encouraged others to pursue what they loved and to follow their dreams. He was very passionate about traveling the United States and Canada while photographing these family vacations and adventures. This lead all of the family to having a great desire for photography; Moe Jr with butterflies & caterpillars, Suzy with landscape & artistic creations, Cathy with cars & landscapes, Brandon & Bart with the beauty of nature & landscapes from their travels.

Moe was a very compassionate, caring, loyal and giving person that was always willing to help others. He was extremely devoted to his family.

Surviving Moe are his son, Moe Jr., two daughters Suzy Wozniak and Cathy Schloss; three grandchildren
Brandon Magoski, Bart Magoski, Sabrina Magoski, his brother; Pete Magoski and his puppy Nala. He is preceded in death by his wife Anne D. Magoski, his brother John Magoski, his parents and his Lily Girl & Mr Baloo.

Viewing will be held at Poway Bernardo Mortuary from 1 pm – 2 pm, Friday, December 9, 2022 with a
funeral service at 2 pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to any National Park or the Crazy Horse Monument in South Dakota.
