Patricia (Patty) Ann Thompson, née Beversdorf, born on November 15th, 1956 in Portsmouth, Virginia passed away on October 1st, 2024 surrounded by her family in San Diego, California. Patty is survived by her husband Tom and her children Ryan (Kim), Trevor and Katie (Ryan). Her grandchildren Everly, Livia, Brynn, Tiernan, Saorla and Noah. Her siblings Mike, Steve, Suzy and John. She was preceded in death by her parents Don and Mary Beversdorf (Evers).

Patty's warm, bright smile and happy spirit brought joy to those who knew her. She cared deeply for her family and enjoyed spending time with them more than anything else. She loved being a Grammy to her grandkids, sharing her life and time with her husband of 47 years and laughing with friends. She was an avid Padres fan and enjoyed staying active and healthy. She competed in more than a dozen sprint triathlons in her fifties and sixties. Patty loved kitties (Zip), pirates, snuggles, bracelets, shoes and anything silly. She was known for her famous pumpkin chiffon pie and amazing holiday celebrations.  Her smile and laugh were contagious, and she will be forever missed by her friends and family.
