Jeanne was born in Toledo, Ohio on July 18, 1934.  As a young child, her family moved to Bowling Green, Ohio where Jeanne graduated from high school and fell in love with her high school sweetheart Eugene Stein.  They were married on July 18, 1953 and had three children, Jeffrey, Cynthia and Debra. For the first seventeen years of Jeanne and Eugene's marriage, they lived in Perrysburg, Ohio.  In May of 1970, the family moved to San Diego, California. Jeanne loved to travel and help people, she spent her career working in the travel industry and loved being a travel agent.  She always enjoyed traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Jeanne was survived by her son, Jeffrey and daughter, Cynthia as well as eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.  Jeanne was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene and her daughter, Debra.
