Prescilla Sazon Hautea was born in Barotac Nuevo, Philippines on October 23,1929. She was from a large family of 16 brothers and sisters. In 1946, Prescilla married Romeo Hautea. Together, they raised 4 children, Lily (spouse Virgilio), Marlene (spouse Michael), Nelson, and Romeo Jr (deceased; spouse Tessie).

Upon moving to the United States, she became an avid viewer of soap operas. She enjoyed watching The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful, her favorite being the latter. She spent her days gardening, taking care of her grandchildren and playing mahjong with her friends.

She is survived by her last remaining sibling, Reynaldo Sazon and 9 grandchildren; Anthony, Khristine, Julie, Marlon, Michelle Anne, Ohh, Nelson Jr., Shelly Mae, and Syndy. She was also blessed with 10 great-grandchildren, (Anthony) - Ryan, Luke and Benedict, (Khristine) - Samantha, (Julie) - Azalea Marie and Alyeshka Maria, (Michelle Anne) - Kaeyla Joyce and Ke'ale Michael, (Syndy) - Scarlette and Sebastian.

She will be missed dearly by her loving family and friends.
