Robert Dale LeGrand was born in Boise, Idaho on February 16, 1964, to Donald Leo LeGrand and Linda Paulette Adams.   He transitioned in peace on December 24, 2021, after a lengthy and heroic battle with COPD.   Bob was one of a kind and lived his life on his own terms.  He loved his family, his dogs, his friends and his freedom.   He was preceded in death by his mother Linda, and his beloved dogs.   He is survived by his father Donald LeGrand; brother John (Heather) LeGrand; sister Missy (Mark) Keller; Aunt Mary Adams (who was like a sister to him); nephew Eric Keller; niece Jennifer Keller and her children Heidi, Riley and Cesar; niece Kathryn Keller and her son Thomas; Markie (Brandon) Battisti and her son Jax; his longtime childhood friends Terry Roberts and Christine Stabler Mullin; and many other family and friends.  Bob will truly be missed by all who knew him.  A celebration of life is being planned for February 19 in Poway, California.  Details to follow.
