Stella Hyde, 93, of San Diego, CA, left us on July 6, 2022, after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's disease. She grew up in San Diego, CA, where she attended San Diego High School. From approximately 1984 - 2009, she spent 25 years in Wichita, KS, where she lived and helped raise her grandkids before returning to San Diego.

Stella enjoyed sewing, crocheting, baking, gardening, playing with, and helping her grandkids. Although she had various jobs throughout the years, she prided herself most on being a good homemaker, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Stella was preceded in death by her parents, Maria and Nicolas Balli, her husbands, Erwin Lutie Lyons and Raymond Douglas Hyde, her sisters Carmen, Mary, and Calexica, brothers Nick, Johnny, and Al (June) Balli, and daughter, Gail (Jim) Stone.

She is survived by her daughter, Pamela Bradley, sister, Martha (Jerry) Stevens, grandsons, Todd (Elyse) Bradley, Tyler Bradley, Anthony (Amy) Bradley, and Kenny (Cindy) Mitchell, great-grandsons, Carson Bradley, Lucca Bradley, Sonny Bradley, and Dylan Mitchell.

Our family is grateful to know Stella is now at peace.
