Tracy Yen
Vuong
February 25, 1974 – August 16, 2025
🌻 In honor of Tracy Yen Vuong, a life beautifully lived, a heart profoundly missed
Our adored and deeply cherished Daughter, Sister, Aunt, Niece, and Friend
1974 – 2025
With profound sadness, we share the unexpected passing of Tracy Vuong, who left us far too soon at the age of 51. Tracy was a radiant soul whose love for sunshine reflected the warmth she brought to every life she touched.
A true adventurer at heart, Tracy embraced each day with curiosity, courage, and compassion. She devoted her life to caring for others -- through her work with nonprofits, her tireless charitable efforts, and the simple, powerful way she showed up for her family and friends. Her generosity was not just a quality -- it was her calling.
Tracy loved deeply and lived boldly. She found joy in nature, meaning in service, and strength in the bonds she nurtured with those around her. Her presence was a gift, her laughter a balm, and her heart a home for many.
💛 Survived By
Tracy leaves behind her devoted father, John Vuong, whose quiet strength and love shaped so much of who she was. Her older brother, Reed Vuong, and her nephew and niece, Justin and Sarah, carry forward her warmth and wit in their own unique ways. Her younger brother, Chris Khanh Vuong and his wife, Karyn Vuong, together with Tracy's nephews, Brandon and Alex Vuong, will forever remember her laughter, her loyalty, and the way she made every gathering feel like home.
🕊️ Memorial Service
A memorial service to honor Tracy's life will be held on Friday, August 29 at 1:00 PM at Poway-Bernardo Mortuary. All who knew and loved her are welcome to join in celebrating the beautiful legacy she leaves behind.
🌍 In Her Spirit of Giving
Though Tracy adored flowers -- as anyone who knew her sunny spirit could attest -- her truest passion was giving. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in her memory to ShareTheMeal so that her legacy of compassion and service may continue to shine. The ShareTheMeal program helps feed children in need around the world: https://sharethemeal.org/en-us/campaigns .
🌅 Forever in Our Hearts
Tracy Vuong was deeply loved, and her light will live on in the lives she touched, the enduring love we hold for her, and the stories we carry forward.
