William Frank Toles  passed away at his home in San Diego, CA on August 18, 2019.  He was born December 7, 1950 in San Diego, CA to Warren & Darlene Toles.  Frank was 68 years old.

Frank proudly served in the United States Army before working in the maintenance field for more than 30 years.  He loved to cook and enjoyed teaching his grandchildren to grill food. He played golf, was a NASCAR fan and played pool at Instant Replay in Rancho Bernardo where he had many friends.

Frank was a loving husband and father.  He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Mary Kinsella of San Diego, CA; sons Shaun Toles of Idaho, Daniel Toles and his wife Alyssa of Eugene, OR.; daughter Pamela Specht and her partner Fonda Wilson of San Marcos, CA.; Stepdaughters Anna Caton and her husband Derrick of Escondido, CA and Tracy Frost of San Diego, CA.; sisters Vicki Lozano and her husband Manuel of Sacramento, CA and Terri Broderdorf and her husband Rick of El Cajon, CA; grandchildren Keegan, King, Mason, Ethan, Sierra, Savannah, Shane, Shaun & Shaydon.

A memorial service will be held at Grace Episcopal Church, 1020 Rose Ranch Rd, San Marcos, CA on September 21, 2019 at 11:30am.  A reception to celebrate his life will follow.
